The 1810 Company introduces weekly ‘essential’ delivery service to support clients.

The 1810 Company suspended all deliveries as of 25th March 2020 as a result of the Coronavirus outbreak.

Whilst this decision was vital, understandably, it has in turn caused additional issues for many clients who are striving to finish kitchens and provide essential services for end users.

The company’s number one priority is the safety of it’s employees but it also appreciates the demands put on businesses across the country.

As the company has successfully set up remote working for order processing, credit control and despatch, it is now possible to introduce a weekly ‘essential delivery service’.

As of Tuesday 7th of April and weekly thereafter until normal business resumes, The 1810 Company will offer a weekly ‘essential delivery service’ to support clients and end users during these unprecedented times.

Goods will be despatched every Tuesday provided the order is received by 11am on the Monday prior. Deliveries can be made directly to the client or direct to the installation address providing there is someone available to accept delivery.

As this service is more difficult when working remotely, the company asks that it is only used when absolutely necessary.

It is expected that this restricted service will remain available for as long as the services of the company’s couriers are available and until normal trading resumes.
